Special customer requirements are stored and made available to every employee to ensure that specific packaging, weight and shipping specifications are followed to the letter, each and every time. We maintain a detailed record-keeping system, managed by the Giles Quality Team. This ensures complete traceability of all components used in the manufacturing process.
